Puppies can begin our stress-free grooming programme from 12 weeks old, after completing their initial vaccinations and socialisation period.
Do you handle difficult or anxious dogs?
Our groomers use positive reinforcement techniques and take breaks as needed. However, we reserve the right to stop sessions if aggressive behaviour poses safety risks.
Are your products eco-friendly?

How are grooming prices determined?
Base prices depend on coat condition, size, and temperament. Matted coats or parasite treatments incur additional charges for extra time and sanitation.

Can I stay during my dog's groom?
